Dear Bill:

I wanted to write you a thank you note as the year end approaches. 

Inspectors are often placed in awkward positions as the “bearer of” information during a sales transaction that could make or break a sale. Even when it’s a tough issue you work with the buyers and sellers in a manner that makes each transaction possible! 

You are fastidious with your work and focused on every aspect of an inspection. I trusted you to do the listing inspection on my big house in Palm Beach, prior to presenting it to the market.  I think that having your pre-sale inspection positions the owner with another tool in this competitive market.

Also, it is an important aspect of working with you is that you are licensed and insured!

It doesn’t sound important to some one who doesn’t know the difference, but both items rank high on my list.  I like that you are required to keep current in your just as I do in real estate and being insured takes the liability off my shoulders.
